After having been cooped up for a year, how would you like to get away from it all. Grab your suitcase, and run runaway with us to an island. It's not far, it's in Pleasantville, NY.
Surprised? Who knew, a town with no large body of water, lake or pond, can have an island in it. But I assure you it's there.
It has yet no accommodations, but string lights year round. Summer brings about luxurious flower displays. You can attemp to colonize it, who knows it might work. I mean no one lives there now. So it's entirely possible.
However other than string lights and luxurious flower beds it has one thing totally going for it, a geocache.
