The White Lady's Castle

Local legend states that there once stood a grand mansion on this site that overlooked the lake. It was the home of a woman and her daughter. The woman feared her daughter would leave her when she married and so she refused to let her daughter be courted by any of the young men in the town. The woman bitterly warned her daughter of men's evil intentions and rarely let her leave the house.
One evening the daughter went out for a walk along the lake. She never returned and the woman went out searching for her daughter with her two hounds. Some say the daughter ran off with a young man from town, others say she was murdered in the night, but the woman never stopped looking for her daughter. For years people would see the woman dressed in a flowing white gown, walking her two large white dogs, along the lake, always holding out hope that she would find her daughter. She walked along the lake shore until she died and her once stately home fell into ruin and all that remained was a crumbling foundation.
Decades later, the ruins became a party spot for teenagers to gather and young couples to make out. It had been many years since the passing of the old woman, but people began seeing her ghostly apparition walking along the lake. She would be seen rising out of the water or somewhat floating above it. Others had said to see her walking through the park with two ghostly white dogs at her side. Some said that she would take great offense to young men and would scare off or attack those who dared park in front of the ruins to make out at night. One tale told of a young man who got rough with his girlfriend and then a bright light and loud noise came from outside the car. The young man got out of the car, ready to beat up who ever it was that was out there messing with him. The girlfriend said that she heard him scream like she had never heard before, then he got back into the car with scratches on his face and a pale white expression. He was never the same after that.
The Cache
You are looking for a small container about the size of a cigar. This would be hard to find if there was any snow on the ground or if it were frozen in place. Take care to place this back where you found it and be aware of muggles. Please do not leave any trade items in here as there is only room for the logbook and pencil. A pencil works best on this type of logbook and I have added one to the cache.
