Heritage Mountain is home to my old stomping grounds. I lived at the top of Noon's Creek where the roads had a deadend at the time, and a newspaper route which had me delivering papers down the mountain and then back up every morning before school. I wish I could say it was uphill both ways but it felt like it. One creek over and the Mountain is new territory for me. I got to explore the area a bit more while geocaching and Cuddlefish was kind enough to donate one of her ammo cans for this hide. It's another old fashioned hide on a short mountain bike trail. Head uphill from McCracken street on foot and you will get a taste of what delivering papers on a mountain might feel like.
Congrats to Mi-Jo for the heatwave FTF!
