In Rolling Oaks Memorial Center, there is a special place called Children’s Garden. In this special place, there are special rocks. On these special rocks, there are very special butterflies.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates. This is a multi-cache, where the stages are 7 special rocks that are within steps of each other.
The first section of Children’s Garden is a circle with the ‘Angel of Hope’ statue in the center. There are three flower beds around the edge of this circle. Within each flower bed are two or three large rocks. On these rocks are very special butterflies. Each butterfly lists a child’s name, date of birth and death.
Rocks 1 and 2 are in the flower bed to the right of the entrance. Rocks 3, 4, and 5 are in the flower bed directly across from the entrance. Rocks 6 and 7 are in the flower bed to the left of the entrance. Waypoints have been provided.
To determine the coordinates of the cache:
- Starting to the right, walk around the circle to each one of the 7 special rocks.
- Look for the butterfly with the indicated first name, and date of birth.
- Make note of the last digit in the child’s day of birth.
- Match the numbers with the letters.
- Note that there are 2 butterflies to look for on rock 6.
- Put the numbers together to form the coordinates.

The final coordinates for this multi cache can be checked on: GeoChecker.com.
Please be respectful should muggles be nearby. The actual cache is located in another part of the cemetery that is generally muggle free. While the cache itself is a bison tube, the camouflage for it is the size of a regular container.
Cemetery gates are open from 7am to 9pm.
Congrats to mijkie & HotRichGirl for FTF!
