Bos Taurus Cotton Tails Traditional Cache

In 1994 a scientific mystery was born. A calf was born with very unusual colouring and a fluffy white tail. While the very red-brown coat and was unusual, since the parents, grandparents and great grandparents had neither, the white fluffy Cotton Tail was spectacularly amazing. There are no other cows, ANYWHERE, with fluffy white cotton tails. The genetics to produce an all white fluffy cotton tail cow seem to have 'come from nowhere'. Even more fascinating, the trait is dominant. There are now more than 100 cotton tail cows in Canada. These cows all have a red-brown coat, and even the hooves are red.

The herd of cotton tail cows no longer reside in the farm land near the GPS coordinates, however, you will be visiting the location of the birth of a mystery of science which remains unsolved. If you are fond of reading license plates, take note of pick up trucks; you just might see the "cotton tail" personal plate of the man who was surprised to find the first cotton tailed calf on his farm in 1994.
