Bair park is a narrow park between two neighborhoods named after an early resident of Keizer. There is a paved path through the trees that connects the neighborhoods. Just off of the path is a trail that leads to a prominent water tower. Adjacent to the water tower is the long abandoned wreck of a vehicle from the 1930s. It has four wheels, a frame, an engine, transmission and drive shaft. There are trees growing up between it. It has obviously been long-abandoned. Someone with more knowledge than me could give more detail about the make and model. Being a car nut, I've seen a lot of ads that claim the car was running when it was parked which is often the truth. The fact that it's much has survived is a testament to how well cars were made 90 years ago. Perhaps this car was once owned by the Bair family.
