Parish Church now closed; C13 with major rebuilding in 1891 by Hodgson Fowler, with some inserted C13 fragments; coursed limestone rubble with stone coped gables and slate roofs. Nave with western bellcote, chancel and vestry. West, South and North walls have vestiges of C13 walling. South side has 4 windows, 2 light square headed perpendicular style, with a similar window on the north side. The east window is 3 light and pointed perpendicular style. The gabled ashlar bellcote has one bell opening and the main door is at the west end. The interior is completely plain except for the medieval fragments built into the nave near the west end, a stiff leaf capital andhead, and a foliated corbel.
