This is a repeat of a previous cache at this location named Good Fences Make Good Neighbors. Apologies to previous finders, but the hide is essentially the same as the previous cache, but I liked it well enough to repeat it. The fence, however is mostly gone hence the name change.
Be aware that a number of changes have taken place in the area since I archived the previous cache due to the church restricting access to the area when things closed down due to the COVID pandemic. The new housing development nearby is mostly built. Don't let your navigation map attempt to get you close to these new caches from the neighborhood. There may be moveable basketball hoops stored or set up nearby in the parking lot which means there may be muggle activity. Also, the church has set up a new disc golf course, so you may see some muggle activity due to that or the playground and picnic pavilion nearby.
