LLL: RAF Spilsby North West/South East Runway
This cache is placed at what would have been the North West/South East Runway for RAF Spilsby. You would have been standing directly on the runway. You will see there are several large pieces of concrete dotted around on the verge, we believe these are leftover pieces from the original runway. Most of the concrete from the runway was dug up in the 1970s and used as aggregate for the construction of the Humber Bridge.
