Geocache Description:

Prince or Princess?

This cache is located in a beautiful urban park near the Launceston CBD.

I had always known this park as princess park, but the truth is that is actually “Princes Park”

Originally a clay pit for brick manufacture for nearby buildings, the park is now very well maintained

by a passionate crew of groundkeepers and is very picturesque all year round.

Nice and cool on a warm day, beautiful in spring and stunning colours in autumn.

Feed the fish in the “Val d'Osne Fountain”, tell the time with the sundial, view one of the five nearby

churches, take a selfie with Dr Pugh’s statue or just take a quick stroll through for the cache

please replace cache in original hiding spot....    someone recently relocated the cache to a easier finding space, then it was lost.

Cache is a nano and should be an easy find

Please use maximum stealth as park can be very popular

No Geo-pups allowed

Congrats To AddisonPascal on FTF!   Just 25 minutes after being published!!!!
