On a recent trip to Manitoulin Island I went bird watching with a family member who lives nearby. We stopped here so he could look for birds and we saw a heron take flight from the water. I had an extra container in my car so I placed a cache here to commemorate our sighting and to add a new hide to an area that needs more. There are two pull-off spots nearby to leave your geo-mobile. Please be safe while crossing the road. Cache is a snack-sized lock n’ lock in the round piece at the end of the guardrail.
