Making cookies is incredibly easy and takes just 25 min until they are ready to eat!
The best thing, they can come in so many tastes so that every time you reach into the cookie jar you can try something new. Our favorited ones are however Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies, the perfect balance of sweetness.

For about nine big cookies or 17 smaller cookies you need:
- 200g Butter (room temperature)
- 300g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 360g Flour + ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Backing Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 200g White chocolate (chopped in pieces)
- 200g Cranberry
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan forced). Mix the Butter, Sugar, Salt, Vanilla and Eggs until well combined. Now add the Flour and Backing Powder and mix until you have a nice sticky dough. Finally add the Chocolate and Cranberries (or other ingredients to taste) and mix one last time until homogeneous. Take a tablespoon and scoop small portions of the dough on a backing tray. Don’t worry too much about the shape. The dough will 'melt' creating a nice round shape. But make sure to leave at least 5 cm space between cookies or you end up with one giant cookie. Now put them in the oven for 10-15 min. Take them out as soon as they turn a little golden, in that way they will be still soft inside. Enjoy!
Oh, and I almost forgot… the cache isn’t at the listed coordinates.
However, when you go and look for it, be careful, everyone likes cookies after all!

For the sake of keeping this unique D/T rating fun for everyone, please refrain from putting hints into your log. Thanks
