These are Ponds for evaporating salt that have been used for over 1000 years.
Located in Salinas. From the road in Taratambo cross the river and follow the trail often used by Mountain Bikers. Turn left at the Cemetery and head up the Trail to the Pans. At the building where salt is stored identify the color of the Scale and email me. You know the rest of the drill.
