Osamu Dazai spent 7.5 years in his 38 years life with his family in Shimorenjaku, Mitaka City. This salon was opened on the site of the Isemoto liquor shop where Dazai used to as the 60th anniversary of his death. Another exhibition opened in 2020 in the Mitaka City Gallery of Art on the 5th floor of Coral in front of the station, which exbits his house in Shimorenjaku.
