Welcome to Ochre Pit Cove!
 

We love to spend as much time as possible here.  The summer months when our children are not in school, they come here to enjoy the summer break with family (who live here), see all their friends, and of course, have campfires at the beach.  The whales in the area are plentiful in the summer months and the ice bergs always can be seen!  This little fishing community has so much to offer for a weekend visit to a week long stay!

Ochre Pit Cove has many boats in the water, many trails for ATV rides, many places for a picnic, and friendly people everywhere!

Our geocache is located on the Welcome to Ochre Pit Cove sign.  It is a small micro so you will need a pen or pencil.  You can park at the cafe and walk across the road safely. Enjoy the view from the sign and explore around the bay while you visit!
