We came here because Mrs S had visited previously and said it was such a beautiful spot. Having returned as a family and seeing there was not a cache we decided this had to be our first one!
From GZ if you walk towards the huge rocks either side of the road and turn right down the hill, you reach the River Dhiarizos which is teeming with wildlife like fresh water crabs, frogs (including an Albino one) to name a few. We wanted to place the cache down here but the GPS is awful unfortunately and the river can flood in winter.
With Geocaching having been a hobby that has taken us to places we would never otherwise have found we feel we need to share this beautiful shady place with the community.
BEWARE MUGGLES as this is a very busy spot.
As always, take plenty of water and watch for snakes etc.
