This site used to be an elementary school. I spotted this site while walking along the Elizabeth River Trail on the opposite side of the field. I saw 14-16 kids playing kickball. No adults were around. This suggests that it might not have been a city sponsored league or game. I thought pickup ball games were a thing of the past.
