This cache is located on the western side of the Cloncurry River on the Heavy Vehicle Bypass Road.
This road often sees hundreds of trucks per day bypassing the Cloncurry CBD, moving general freight as well as ore from the nearby mines. In the wet season this causeway can be closed for days or weeks at a time, due to floodwaters in the Cloncurry River.
Make sure you park in a safe location well off the road.
The cache is a small Sistema container, with a log book and some small SWAG for the kiddies. Please ensure to replace the hide as found.
Don't forget to bring a pen along to sign the log book.
