When I was younger, I would walk this route from my house on Centennial Dr E to Juniper School. This was before the Public Health building was built. Much of the current parking lot area and Public Health buiding was forested area. Lots of fun everyday walking to and from school through there.
Also, while my dad was in hospital in Winnipeg, Geocaching was a good activity for my own mental health while spending long hours in the hospital. Thought others might appreciate the same excuse to get outside.
