Welcome to our Summer Slump (SS) series. Local geocaching activity seems to slow down a bit in the summer, probably because of heat, humidity, and bugs, so these are intended to get geocachers out of the house and on the geo-trail again. Of course, they’re good for travelers and visitors as well. All caches in this series should be relatively easy finds, with convenient parking and no bushwhacking, and plainly worded hints to steer you in the right direction. Please enjoy.
