The idea for this cache came one night as we were returning from a trip and my daughter picked us up at the airport. It was late, and she had to drive us to our niece's house in this neighborhood as she had our car. The daughter wondered why all the streets were named after depressing dead philosophers (e.g. Dante, Voltaire). Anyway, the wife used to live in this neighborhood and thought the area needed a cache!
You are looking for a clever device. BYOP. High muggle traffic, so stealth required. Parking lot nearby. No need to disturb any plants.
