This cache is located adjacent to the old Arcady Auto Court site that has been in the Anderson family for 3 generations. An old photo of the auto court is attached and it was in operation when my family lived in Ladysmith in the 60s, as i remember passing by it on our way to Saltair where we spent our summer holidays. The current owner, Pamela Anderson, is one of Ladymith's more well know citizens. Ms Anderson has retired to Ladysmith and is restoring the family property to its former glory. If any of you old timers remember the old Auto Court and have stories to share, please put them in the logs. Before Coronation Mall across the highway, this was the place to buy treats! The store was in the house shown in the photo.
The cache is not located on the property and there is a bench and public post office boxes close to it. Public parking is across the road. Please respect the owner's privacy.
