This shoulsd be an easy P&G. BYOP. THis scenic road between Dahlonega and Sucches is very popular among cyclist, motorcyclists, and folks admiring the ridearound the mountain with a view of the deep valley especially in the fall. There was a geocachig run by another geocacher called the The Big Dog Run. This geocacher later placed The Winding Road seiries with 26 caches. The road crosses the AT trail at the summit. The DOT made some road changes and maintenance work which removed some locations as well as some caches just repeatedly disappearing. In light of these changes there are only 12 active caches. I will try to find some new locations ocassionally to highlight this beautiful place in north Georgia. Please return as found.
