The geocache is not located at the posted coordinates.
The final is not wheelchair accessible.
This is a simple two (2) stage multi cache observing culture. (The first stage is virtual. The second is the final and actual geocache.)
To find the geocache, you will have to observe some cultural icons located in a mural along the side of a local movie theater. Culture is different all over the world and varies greatly with people. Sweet Home is one location of culture and this multi-cache will help you explore some different expressions of it.

What is Culture:
"Culture is what we [human beings] make of the world."
It is the physical aspects such as "paintings (whether finger paintings or the Sistine Chapel), omelets, chairs, snow angels."
It is also the immaterial aspects of society such as "music, communication, and education."
It can even be humanity's response at "interpreting the world's wonder and its terror." (i.e. Our understanding and appreciation of something beautiful or scary.)
At the core, "Culture is all of these things for these forms are what human beings make of the world."
~~~ Andy Crouch author of "Culture Making: Recovering Our Creative Calling"
What is a Cultural Icon:
"A cultural icon is a person or an artifact that is identified by members of a culture as representative of that culture."
~~~ Kent Grayson author of the article "Consumer Perceptions of Iconicity and Indexicality and Their Influence on Assessments of Authentic Market Offerings" within the Journal of Consumer Research.
"Popular cultural icons share characteristics in common, namely the ability to function as repositories of collective cultural values, a ubiquitous presence in popular culture, and roots in specific socio-historical contexts that contribute to their iconicity."
~~~ Emily Truman author of the article "Rethinking the Cultural Icon: Its Use and Function in Popular Culture" within the Canadian Journal of Communication.
While I am not an expert, I would probably create a simple definition that explains culture as the real and the perceived aspects which contribute to the concept of self, family, and community. These aspects give meaning, function, roles/interactions, and helps people to understand what is valuable. Thus cultural icons are symbols (real or imagined) by the local group that share some of those values or meaning for life. Specifically the icons have integrated into the culture to define something about culture as a that symbol. (I.e. Apple Pie is a symbol of America. While the Matryoshka dolls are seen internationally as cultural icons of Russia. Although in both cases, the symbol is expressed/made in different ways based on the local perceptions).
Thus the theme of this cache is about identifying some cultural icons created within the culture of mass media and broadcasting. Essentially icons from movies or shows!
The starting area is a short walk from the final. There is parking on the west side of the building. There is street parking near the final.
