Ballantine Park - Raccoon's hangout Traditional Cache

I had been to this park a few years back for a road race and thought this would be a neat place for a cache.  While looking for places to hide a geocache I came across a raccoon.  We watched each other for a moment and then both went on our own way.  This should be a quick find.  Enjoy the river view and use stealth!
