002 bow-wow: Cooper Mystery Cache

Caches in this series are best hunted between sunrise and sunsett. Several of the caches are prohibited hunting outside of these hours.
Sharpie pens are ideal for signing logs as many of the log sheets are water proof vellum to avoid wet logs. Stamps and ball point pens will not work.
Tweezers will likely be required as many of the containers are small tubes.
Hints are explicit so that as to reduce the time you may be exposed to muggles while finding the cache.
