A simple 2 stage multi-cache awaits you. The whole thing can be completed on the grocery store side of the fence, not the residential side.

Go to the posted coords where you will find a micro-sized item hanging in a tree. Count the amount of letters on the back of it. With your back to the fence, move down the tree line that runs to your left that many number of trees. It is at that location where you will find the final container.
