Geocache Description:

The name, Manitoba, probably derives from either the Cree or Ojibwa names for the area, both of which mean the Straits of Manitou, the Great Spirit.
Surprisingly, for such a central Province, Manitoba has a salt water coastline along Hudson Bay. It also boasts 110,000 lakes!! Nice in the Summer, which can be blisteringly hot, and no doubt fun in Winter when one can play hockey on them!
This shot of Winnipeg and the jigsaw picture were taken by my cousin, Robin Rice, who lives there.

For the co-ordinates go to Manitoba The cache is in compliance with Saanich rules and regs, and they know about the placement here.
