It pays to be thrifty Traditional Cache

-allenite-: As there's been no response from the cache owner to my previous note, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that geocaches archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

Thought I would bring people here to see that this is part of Grand Rapids history.
Retail history was created a half century ago at a Grand Rapids street corner when grocer Hendrik Meijer and his son, Fred, opened “Thrifty Acres.”

Combining groceries and general merchandise under one roof created the “one-stop shopping” experience that changed how Americans shopped.

The cache is a small waterproof container.
