Come and find this cache before it gets archived as the hall is facing demolition and sadly the VHC will be archived. The cache is not at the given coordinates but the Village Hall is. The Cache can be located a short walk away. To find the correct coordinates you must first do the jigsaw puzzle below. You might need a tool to remove the cache from its hiding place.

Arminghall is a small village in the county of Norfolk in the parish of Caistor St Edmund and Bixley,

The name 'Arminghall' means a nook of land; a small valley; dry ground in marsh; a piece of land projecting from, or detached from, the main area of its administrative unit. From here you can reach Arminghall Church micro and Boudicca way and the High Ash farm series.

Please be careful when retrieving the cache and replaced back correctly.

About Village Sign Caches

This cache belongs to the Village Sign Series, a series of caches based on ornate signs that depict the heritage, history and culture of the villages that put them up (generally on the village green!).

The signs can be made of different materials from fibreglass to wood, from forged steel to stone. They can depict anything from local industry to historical events. The tradition probably started in Norfolk or Suffolk and has now spread across most of the country so we thought we would base a series on them!

More information, bookmarks and statistics can be found at the Village Signs Website

If anybody would like to expand the Village Sign Series, please do.
I would ask that you request a number for your cache first at www.villagesignseries.co.uk
so we can keep track of the Village Sign numbers and names to avoid duplication.

When I'm out caching I carry a supply of replacement log sheets so that I can help out the cache owner by carrying out any maintenance that's required.

If anybody would like to replace any logs that need urgent servicing in my caches, please do so.
