C = Add together the number of place names beginning with the letter G, H, I, J or K.
D = Number of letters in the 16th place name, minus number of letters in the 17th place name.
E = Number of place names which end with the letter S
V = Number of place names beginning with the letter C.
W = Number of letters in the 13th place name.
X = Number of times the letter M appears in the 6th place name.
Y = Number of letters in the 10th place name, minus number of times the letter A appears in the 1st place name.
Z = Number of letters in the 12th place name.
