The North entry of "Gorges de la Save" is north from St Gaudens on D9 near Blajan. You will enjoy the freshness of this short but great site spécially in summer. Take a look at the Gallo-roman village of Montmaurin, a few km from the out.
The best way to discover the "Gorges de la Save" is to take it from the north entry (N43°14.395 - E0°40.113). Enjoy this small road under the trees just near the river.
You can let your car in a turn near the out of the canyon (N43°13.749 - E0°39.155).
The departure of the foot path is just near the bridge.
The container is a white curver box. It contain initially:
- A plush mouse
- A plush orange banana
- A calendar of the year (2002)
- The necessary to write your visit: a logbook, a pencil and a pencil sharpener
