I never promised you a Rose Garden - but here's one !
Phyllis and Allan 'Jockey' Rudd were clearly Goulburn locals who contributed a lot to the community and were well thought of, and so when firstly Phyllis and then Allan passed away this beautiful Rose Garden was developed and maintained in their honour.

To find the cache, find the 24k name for the rose variety here at the posted coords. It has two words comprising 9 letters. Convert each letter to a single digit using A=1, B =2, J=10=1, K=11=2, T=20=2, Z=26=8 etc so you end up with 9 single digits. The cache can be found at :
