Celebrate Oktoberfest with your fellow geocachers by joining us at The Fix restaurant in Leominster! It's the same place that Rye and Thyme used to occupy and it's the same owners - they just changed the restaurant during the pandemic. I figured I'd keep the same event name to limit confusion.
Meet with your fellow geocachers on Tuesday, October 12, at 6 PM for conversation, drinks, and food. With over two dozen beers on tap and more in bottle, enjoy Oktoberfest with new & old geocaching friends. They offer plenty of non-alcoholic drinks as well, and there is no requirement to buy anything. Be sure to bring geocoins and pathtags to show off and trade. Each attendee is responsible for their own bill.
As opposed to past years, the restaurant is not currently running a trivia night. It may be by October, but no guarantees. We will make our own fun!
The event is in the lower level, called the "Draught Cellar". You can enter it directly from the parking area - you do not need to go around to the front entrance on Monument Square (Rt. 12).
When logging your "Will Attend", please include how many people will be coming in your group so we can let the restaurant know ahead of time. I hope to see you there!
