This cache is in Myakka River State Park. $4.00 for 1 person, $6.00 per car load. The hike is about 1 mile each way. 1/2 the hike is over rough terrain, but you will not have to walk through any scrub. There is a trail.
Best parking is at the power line road. Start by following power lines east, go past All Weather Road. The trail is the 1st on the right after All Weather Road. In the map at the link provided it's the bold dashed line on the map that goes to Honore camp ground. The The Myakka brochure doesn't include this trail in its map. The next trail (horse trail) a little farther up the power line road will also get you there and has more potential to provide you with wildlife sightings (as long as there aren't a lot of horses when you're there). You can also ask the ranger for a trails map at the toll booth.
