Scientists estimate that any point in time there are at least 10 quintillion insects alive in the world (that is 10 followed by 18 zeroes). That is an average of 1.4 billion insects for every human. Do you know where your insects are staying tonight?? The loudest insects are the African cicadas which are nearly as loud as a chainsaw (107 decibels to 110 decibels)! Entomology is the scientific study of insects.
The bottom line … We are pretty sure that there are going to be some insects near this cache!!
Additionally, this is the “I” replacement for our Alphabet Soup #1 Series (see GC7TH5W). The original “I” cache had to be archived. Check the log for the code that you will need to find the Alphabet Soup #1 FINAL cache. Be sure to have a writing instrument with you.
This IS a new cache however and it is open for all cachers – even those who found the original “I” cache.
