Bem-vindos ao Refúgio Deorum ( Refúgio dos Deuses)
Quem por aqui passa não fica indiferente!
Aqui podemos observar o casamento entre o mar, azul cristalino, e as paisagens verdejantes. É na freguesia da Ribeira da Janela que se encontra o maior curso de água, que escorre entre montanhas acabando por desaguar no mar.
Inicialmente esta freguesia era denominada por “Ribeira da Clara”, actualmente o ilhéu é que lhe dá o nome, de Ribeira da Janela.
Neste sentido, convidamos os geocachers a desfrutarem destas paisagens, que são de cortar a respiração, através de uma agradável caminhada que permite inebriar os sentidos e refrescar o espírito com o ar fresco que corre no interior dos túneis antigos esculpidos pela mão do Homem.
À saída contemple a dança e o canto do majestoso e imponente mar do Norte, continue a caminhar repouse na erva e permita-se sentir e embevecer os seus 5 sentidos com o cheiro da maresia, das ervas e das árvores de fruto. Ouça o som da natureza e observe a imensa conjugação de cores que o local oferece aproveitando cada instante.

Here we can observe the marriage between the crystal blue sea and the verdant landscapes, it is in Ribeira da Janela that takes place the largest water course that flows between mountains into the sea.
This parish has an islet that gives it the name of Ribeira da Janela which initially, was called “Ribeira da Clara”.
In this sense, we invite geocachers to enjoy these breath-taking landscapes, through a pleasant walk feeling the fresh air that flows inside the ancient tunnel carved by the hand of Man.
At the exit, contemplate the dance and song of the majestic North sea, continue to walk and rest on the grass, allow yourself to feel and enchant your 5 senses with the smell of the sea, herbs, fruit trees. Listen to the sound of nature, observe the immense combination of coulors that the place offers and feel every moment.
