When I was younger, this road was the fastest way to and from home. Unfortunately, our path was blocked by a big green gate as our community became boomed off and we had to find another (and longer) way home. A scenario I am sure many Jozi residents will be familiar with as more and more areas have become boomed off over the years.
Hiding a cache inside our little neighbourhood would seem to pose a bit of an inconvenice, having to sign in with the guards etc. So instead, I decided to hide this cache on the outskirts, accessible for all, inside and out. At the very gate that caused my family to find our new route home.
The road can be quite busy at times, but you can park your car right next to the cache. Many lost drivers use this spot to check their GPS so you won't have to worry about drawing too much attention.
