The cache is NOT at the posted coords and you won't have to go swimming for it.

While there ARE plenty of fish at the posted coords, there aren't any RED 🐟 Herrings here so you won't have to deal with them. You just need to be concerned with the following fish:

Haddock Emperor Remora Rudderfish Icefish Noodlefish Gourami Snapper

All you have to do is figure out what these fish are telling you, enter it into the Certitude checker, and you'll have the actual coords to the cache and another .
