This is another one of Little J’s caches with a theme. The cache was hidden in honor of Little J’s recently celebrated 50th birthday. It gave her a place to hide all of the AARP ads that have started arriving in the mail! However, if the cache sticks around we could use it next year for Big J’s 50th!
Please bring something that has to do with the number 50 (i.e. the item says 50 on it, or has 50 pieces, or is a map of Hwy 50, etc…..), OR just any little thing that will add to the party atmosphere!
The contents of the cache are inside of a birthday gift bag, that is inside of the ammo can. They include:
A first place engraved medal for the first finder
2nd and 3rd place finder ribbons
Confetti
5-0 Candles
50 paper plates
50 sandwich bags
50 toothpicks in each of 3 holders
50 spools of thread
50 pennies
50- $50.00 bills
50 American Flag erasers, and
Louie the Shrimp Travel Bug (TB3B68).
Louie is from Bubba Gumps and reminded us of our vacation to the 50th state. Louie is trying to hitchhike to Montgomery Alabama in time for Xmas. Lots of truckers use this highway, so hopefully he will find a ride soon.
