Yep, it's one of those, a mystery cache, although it's not that hard, and if you get stuck just ask the locals.
You are on an island, it's only 8km x 6km, so just about everywhere is within 3.2km of the posted coordinates, although most of the beaches and bluffs will be outside that encompassing circle.
