A Fine Pair # 1614 ~ Foxfield Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

campdave: This was replaced in July, with a grand total of zero finds before it went missing.

There was a strong magnet on it, no reason to fall off. I'm unlikely to be back in the area this year, and there seems little point disabling it only for another replacement to go missing.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Number 1614 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

Nano magnetic container, bring your own pencil.

Drive-by cache with layby parking adjacent. Easiest travelling East (towards Grizebeck) as the layby is on that side of the road. If travelling West (towards Millom), please take care leaving the layby, as cars come quickly around the corner and visibility is limited.

If anybody would like to place 'A Fine Pair' of their own please do. I would just ask that you first visit www.afinepair.co.uk to request a number to avoid any duplication

mattd2k also keeps a public Bookmark List of this series. Once your cache is published please contact him via geocachingafinepair@gmail.com to have yours added
