This is just another GRC to add to your numbers with easy parking too. The location is definitely not scenic, in fact, driving by a while back someone had left an old boat on a trailer, as I placed the cache today there is an old refrigerator and some old car seats. I did a quick CITO but I can't haul away an old boat! There is a short trail to the Snohomish river here but it is rocky and loud with 522 being overhead.
Some of the map programs lead you onto 522. The cache is on Elliott Road which is UNDERNEATH 522.
