This series is inspired by a 12 year old who got a few new cache containers for his birthday. All of these caches are located around Oakhurst. Each cache has a number on the inside of the container, which is one digit to the lock on the final in this series.
This cache IS at the posted coordinates. However, in order to log this cache, you must find the 4 of others in this series first. Once you have the 4 digits you need, you can unlock this cache. There is a small trackable for the FTF.
