The Sewells Road Bridge is a single direction bridge that is used for vehicular traffic both north and south on Sewells Rd. This bridge is also one of the only few suspension bridges found in Ontario, and the only suspension bridge in Toronto. As well, it is one of the shortest at 50m (160 ft) in length. The bridge was built in 1912 by Frank Barber & Lewis Construction, and was last restored in 1981.
