Ubicado en el actual Parque de las Musas, de reciente creación y sobre el que se tiene una bonita vista de la Catedral y parte de la ciudad.

Esta zona del barrio se creó sobre el año 2000 y anteriormente no existia ninguna edificación a excepción de las casas antiguas de la propia subida.
