Rustadsæterfossen



Dette er en fint sted å stoppe og ta en pause. Her kan du rusle nedover langs elven som kommer fra Bøvertunvatnet og renner inn i Bøvertjønnin. Fossen er ikke stå stor, men grei å komme inn til. I dette området var det flere sætrer i drift. I dag er det dyrka mark og hytter. Nordover kan du se inn i Høyrokampen naturreservat.

Når Vegvesenet stenger Sognefjellsvegen er det her på Rustadsæter bom.




This is a nice place to stop and take a break. Here you can stroll downstream along the river that comes from Bøvertunvatnet and flows into Bøvertjønnin. The waterfall is not large, but easy to get to. In this area there were several manors in operation. Today there is cultivated land and cottages. To the north you can look into the Høyrokampen nature reserve.

When the Public Roads Administration closes Sognefjellsvegen is it here on Rustadsæter boom.
