The community of Revloc was founded in 1917 as a coal town. The Sauers and Moore Construction Company erected most of the buildings here for the Monroe Coal Company(also known as the Coleman & Weaver Company). The nearby town of Colver is named after B. Dawson Coleman & John Heisley Weaver, using the first 3 letters of Coleman & last 3 letters of Weaver. Did you know that Revloc is Colver spelled backwards? I don't know what the use of the nearby concrete form is for but it sure makes a nice seat to sign the log
