S.L.L.B = Spring Lake Letterbox
What is a Letterbox Hybrid? A Letterbox Hybrid geocache derived from the game Letterboxing, started in 1854 using physical landmarks and grid references. This is a geocaching hybrid version of this pastime, using GPS coordinates instead. There are walking directions in the hints for those who wish to follow that way.
How do I sign the log? - Instead of logging the find with pen, you will need a stamp (any stamp, personalized or not, will do) to sign this log. This geocache container also contains a stamp. You will use the stamp provided in the geocache to stamp your own book/paper/etc to mark that you were here for yourself. Then use your own stamp to stamp the logbook inside. ***please do not take the stamp, this stays with the geocache***
This is a small container and great Letterbox Hybrid geocache to get you started in your letterbox geocaching journey. Please practice good geocaching and trade swag fairly as well as hiding the geocache back the way you found it or better. We don't want it to get muggled! This cache has enough room for very small swag.
