The village of Deschênes, now a part of Gatineau, is celebrating the centennial of its incorporation this year. To commemorate the event a mural was commissioned on the walls of the Hotel Deschênes.
This is a multi-cache with a single re-direct. To get the final coordinates, you need to do the following calculations.
In the bottom left hand corner of the mural you will find three lines of text like this:

Calculate the word value (alpha sum) of the last two letters in the first row and subtract it from the decimal portion of the North minutes.
Calculate the word value (alpha sum) of the third row and subtract it from the decimal portion of the West minutes.
(Word value/alpha sum: A=1, B=2, ..., Z=26, add the numbers, ignore special characters, e.g. *BOB = 0 + 2 + 15 + 2 = 19)
